In the month of February, the Instagram App update rolled out in which they introduced the Recently Deleted Folder on Instagram.
Instagram keeps deleted photos for up to 30 days in recently deleted and on servers.
Your deleted posts (photos, videos, URLs) will be permanently deleted right after 30 days. Your data will be unrecoverable after the time limit.
The recently deleted folder will contain all posts like videos, photos, and stories you did in the last 30 days.
If you want to restore a post that was accidentally put in the bin, you can easily do it by selecting the post that you want to restore and tapping on “Restore”.
Remember, if you also removed the post from recently deleted posts it will be unrecoverable.

Open Settings and tap on your Activity
