Especially when it comes to online storage, every social media platform in rankings has a massive database and servers for data management.
Whatever you post, whatever you send, whatever you share, and whatever you upload are stored in the respective servers. Just take the example of Instagram, the second largest social media platform in the world.
Instagram is managing one of the largest data storage the exabytes of data uploaded and shared by the users. If you are on Instagram your data is also stored on the servers.
So, even if you accidentally deleted stuff by your side, it will still remain on Instagram servers. It means if you can request access for data recovery, Instagram will be there for you.
Now every account-based, online server-based platform is giving the recently deleted folder in their portal, Instagram is also one of them. This feature is just like the Android Recently deleted folder in the gallery app.
